Our Policies

I don't sell sugar gliders to anyone living in an illegal area, no exceptions. I know that you might be a wonderful and loving parent to them, but I would be heartbroken to hear of any of my babies being put to sleep simply because they were taken into an illegal state or county. Please, please, please talk to your local officials and find out of gliders are legal in your area before you contact  me about buying one of my babies!

Deposits and payments must be made by PayPal (allows credit cards), Cash,  or Postal Money Order. All deposits are non-refundable so be sure to do your research and find out if gliders are legal in your area before you send a deposit! The remaining balance owed on any sugar glider, plus the shipping fee, will be due one week before the glider is to be shipped or at the time of pick up if you'll be collecting your baby at our home.

Unless we've made another agreement, all sugar gliders must be picked up or shipped within two weeks of being weaned. If they are not picked up within this period I will have to charge a $25 per week fee to help cover the cost of food and care. I also reserve the right to keep your deposit and relist the glider for sale if this requirement is not met.

I will only ship to legal state within the continental United States. I will not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday due to the unpredictable hours of some cargo storage departments on these days. The cost of shipping is $150, plus an additional $50 for a vet  signed Health Certificate if required by your state.

All of our Sugar Gliders come with a 72 hour health guarantee. Gliders must be taken into the vet for a health check within 48 hours of receiving them or immediately if the glider is showing any signs of illness. All fees, tests, and vet bills are the responsibility of the new owner unless agreed upon otherwise. If these requirements are not met, we reserve the right to void your health guarantee.

Should your glider become ill within 72 hours due to parasites or similar conditions that are directly related to our establishment, and the glider has not been exposed during that period to any other gliders or animals, we will pay the vet bills directly related to the medical condition.  A medical exam will be required by a qualified vet to prove illness.

Should your glider pass away within the 72 hour time period due to parasites or similar conditions that are directly related to our establishment, plus the glider has not been exposed during that period to any other gliders or animals, you have the right to receive a refund or your choice of another available glider of equal price.  A necropsy would need to be done by a qualified vet to prove cause of death was related to our establishment.  We will only be responsible for the cost of the necropsy if it shows that cause of death is related to our facility.  If necropsy shows that death was caused in any way by the new owner, the new owner will be responsible for any and all medical fees.

Trauma, stress related illnesses, and bacterial infections related to stress, are NOT covered.  Should symptoms arise, new owner is responsible to get the glider to the vet immediately.  All vet bills incurred for stress related illnesses will be the responsibility of the new owner.

This guarantee does not cover accidents, neglect or mistreatment of any kind.

We reserve the right to cancel an adoption, for any reason, at any time before the glider leaves our facility.  If we back out of a sale, the buyer will receive a complete refund.  If the deposit was received through PayPal, the refund will be issued through PayPal.  Otherwise, the refund will be mailed back to the buyer.
